These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application and related services provided by Have Fun Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all users who use the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized analysis of the app
• Acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties
• Unauthorized access or improper use
• Acts that interfere with advertising or operation of the Service

Article 3 (Changes or Suspension of the Service)

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

Article 4 (In-App Purchases)

The Service may provide paid content or services within the application (“In-App Purchases”).

Payments for In-App Purchases are processed through the App Store payment system provided by Apple Inc. Users must carefully review the details displayed before purchase and make purchases at their own responsibility.

Cancellation, refunds, or changes to payment methods after purchase are subject to the App Store Terms and Apple’s refund policies. We shall bear no responsibility for these matters.

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any In-App Purchases.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or safety of the Service. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
